efficient stay near transport links
coffee machine helpful staff
my room was very clean. the bed was comfortable (i slept soundly each night). i found the coffee machine with capsules convenient, a welcome addition for early mornings. the staff were always helpful, readily available when i needed assistance with directions.
i noticed the tram line wasn't operational, so reaching the city center required a walk to sloterdijk station. this added some time to my commute, especially when i wanted a quick trip downtown.

breakfast included plentiful options, with a good variety of choices each morning. although i didn't try any other meals, i observed the breakfast service was well kept. the quality seemed quite high (especially the fresh fruit).

the hotel provides convenient access to public transport, with bus options within a short walk. this made it easy to connect to the city center, despite the tram line being temporarily out of service. sloterdijk station is nearby, increasing accessibility.

dust accumulation worn cupboards
the cleaning left something to be desired i must say dust seemed to be having a party everywhere and the room looked a bit tired the curtains had a tear and the cupboards looked like they had seen better days clearly it wasn't a new hotel maybe they should consider a bit of a refresh to bring it up to scratch

convenient tram spacious bathroom
the tram stop is really close and super convenient for getting around. the rooms ares spacious and it has a large bathroom which is a bonus!
the smell of cooking from the kitchen was noticeable on the first floor and in the elevator.

the room was clean and equipped with a coffee machine, which i appreciated. i also liked that the hotel is located near public transport. the staff were friendly and greeted me with a smile each day.
I found the lack of on-site dining options inconvenient. there were only vending machines available. the check-in process was a little impersonal. the room felt a bit small. It was almost impractical with my luggage.

great hotel, nice stay
helpful staff spacious room clean room
the front desk staff was very helpful. they helped me navigate the tram system. rooms are spacious and clean, i found. beds were firm, which i PREFER. the shower gel provided wasn't very good, so i used my own.
there was A lot of noise from outside the hotel.

breakfast was variable AND tasty, i must say. it allowed ME a good choice for every taste. juices seemed more like sugary drinks though. the breakfast area was spacious.
